Reid’s work encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from governmental interactions to marketing, all while ensuring AvalonClean plays its role in protecting the water security of Southern California with the highest level of integrity.

A travel enthusiast, Reid loves to visit family in Spain and explore new corners of the world. An avid football fan, he can be found playing with friends or reconnecting with his Yale football teammates. With one last frontier to cross, he looks forward to finally setting foot on Antarctica.

Carina is the go-to person for all things finance and admin.

On the monetary side, Carina’s top-notch organization skills keep AvalonClean healthy and strong across all dimensions of company finances. Clients love her for her accuracy in billing and ability to quickly solve complex issues while being professional and understanding.

In her role as administrative leader, Carina sets the pace for maintaining a healthy work environment. Happy employees make for happy clients. By holding clear office policies and trusting her team, she ensures everyone feels supported and productive. Something she learned from Reid’s leadership style.

Tank Wash Manager

Meet Cristina. This native Argentinian is laser focused on client satisfaction and quality standards.

Her dedication to maintaining dynamic communication between clients and our tank cleaning crew makes timely and proper tank cleaning a given.

Cristina’s attention to detail extends to the billing process, watching over the accuracy and efficiency throughout each project.

As a dedicated leader, she plays a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and scheduling new employees while fostering a safe work environment.

Beyond the office, Cristina is an avid gym-goer and book enthusiast. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, she also “speaks music” when tinkering on the ivories of her keyboard.

Jan’s jam is clearly industrial wastewater. She is the secret ingredient that keeps operations flowing like clockwork for our wastewater treatment customers.

With experience as a certified wastewater Lab Tech and time spent working on projects in the field, Jan possesses an unparalleled understanding of the intricacies involved in treating industrial wastewater.

Known as the “411” for key industry know-how, Jan's commitment to exceptional service is evident in her willingness to share her expertise in the complex world of wastewater treatment, whether you’re an AvalonClean customer or not.

And if our permits don’t allow for proper treatment of your wastewater, she’ll gladly refer you to someone else who can help.

A side note: Jan has a gift for comedic banter—a skill that comes in handy with customers, though she admits her strong-willed Dachshund puppy tests her sense of humor!

Operations Manager

Calvin is the ringmaster at AvalonClean. He keeps the facility running like a well-oiled machine.

With a keen eye for detail and organization, Calvin manages employees, equipment, paperwork, and safety measures—ensuring smooth operations throughout the facility.

He continuously fosters a safe and tidy environment for all.

Calvin’s dedication to maintaining a seamless and clean facility is like having our very own “Mr. Clean,” often receiving high praise from happy clients.

Outside the facility, Calvin cultivates a love for gardening and cherishes his time spent with his wife at the beach.
